ORTEC Service Centers provide a total

Each of our self-directed customer support teams specializes in one of our product lines so you gain the benefit of their experience and technical expertise. Any of our cross-trained team members can answer your questions because they take ownership of the entire order -- from return authorization, quotation, contract review, order entry, instrument diagnosis, material procurement, repair, testing, calibration, quality control and shipment.
